The children  of Al and Christine Meck joyfully announce their parents' golden wedding anniversary.

Earl "Alan"  Meck and Christine Jean Nine were married July 27, 1968, at First Baptist Church, Warsaw, where the CVS is now. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. V. Darrell Byers. Groomsman was Pat Meck and matron of honor was Nadine Grindle.

Al and Chris graduated  from Warsaw High School and are lifelong  residents of the area.

They have been blessed with two children who also live locally: daughter  Angel Blakeley (husband Alan) and son Jason Meck (girlfriend Karen White). They have also raised several four-legged children, the latest being Annie, a rescued black lab, and their two granddoggies, Fiona and Bella.

After 50  years of loving, caring and sharing, the couple will celebrate this milestone  with a dinner at their  lake cottage with the ones they love most, their family. They are also planning an anniversary vacation for next summer.
