• 11:48 p.m. Friday - Sydney Ann Miller, 27, of 6378 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:50 a.m. Saturday - Jose Luis Barbosa, 41, of 1411 Ranch Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of at least .15. Bond: $700.

• 12:50 a.m. Saturday - Gary Lee Vanator, 60, of 8629 E. Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, arrested for DUI with a BAC between .08 and .15. Bond: $15,000.

• 4:39 a.m. Saturday - Hitesh Vasisht, 26, of 226 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, arrested for DUI and DUI with a BAC of at least .15. Bond: $700.

• 9:44 a.m. Saturday - Amanda Lynn Kuhn, 34, of 9788 E. Starry Eyed Lane, Cromwell, arrested for criminal mischief - $750 to $50,0000. Bond: $500.

• 10:03 p.m. Saturday - Bobby Lee Shelton, 38, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #55, Warsaw, arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond; $700.

• 6:56 p.m. Sunday - Richard Lee Hardwick III, 28, of 64 EMS W26 Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of a synthetic cannabinoid. Bond: $450.

• 7:35 p.m. Sunday - Bobbi Jo Collier, 35, of 313 E. Smith St. Milford, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 8:34 p.m. Sunday - Austen Everett Alan Lyke, 23, of 106 W. North St., Claypool, arrested for two counts of invasion of privacy, domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16, strangulation, interfering with the reporting of a crime and criminal confinement. Bond: $6,000.

• 9:14 p.m. Sunday - Mackenzie Patricia McKibbin, 22, Millersburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 11:29 a.m. Thursday - Lake City Highway, 3,000 feet west of East Center Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Ruth K. Stabler, 38, Leo; Hallie A. Metze, 42, Seventh Street, Winona Lake. Injuries: Stabler suffered minor cuts and bruising; Metze complained of minor pain to her back; Kelvin J. Wadkins, 43, Seventh Street, Winona Lake, a passenger in Metze’s car, complained of pain to his neck and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:10 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of Pierceton Road and CR 275E, Winona Lake. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Mikaela J. Crate, 25, North Walnut Street, North Manchester; Tricia M. Johnson, 37, East CR 400N, Pierceton. Injuries: Johnson complained of neck, side and arm pain but refused medical treatment at the scene; Bethany Johnson, 16, East CR 400N, Rochester, a passenger in Tricia Johnson’s car, complained of pain to the arm but refused medical treatment at the scene. • 2:01 p.m. Saturday - 2856 Frontage Road, Warsaw. Car-mo-ped collision. Drivers: Leslie R. Baker, 31, South Packerton Road, Winona Lake; John C. Justice, 64, West Main Street, Warsaw. Injury: Justice had cuts on his face and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 6:04 p.m. Saturday - East Eli Lilly Road, 1,500 feet east of North Warner Road, Syracuse. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Kevin R. Mears, 17, North Long Drive, Syracuse; Jeanne M. Browne, 76, Fort Myers, Fla. Injury: Browne complained of pain to the chest but was not taken to a hospital. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 12:59 p.m. Sunday - North Detroit Street, 200 feet south of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision.  Drivers: Jonathan C. Craft, 16, East CR 500S, Warsaw; Rachale A. Bragg, 37, North Columbia Street, Warsaw. Injury: Bragg complained of pain to the knee. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:38 a.m. today - West CR 900S, 1,000 feet west of South CR 825W, Claypool. Rider lost control of mo-ped and dumped it on the road. Driver: Shanna N. Hendrix, 17, South CR 750W, Claypool. Injury: Hendrix had minor cuts to her right elbow and foot and complained of pain to her head; her father took her to the hospital. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 12:36 a.m. Friday - Officers investigated a domestic battery in the 11900 block of West CR 700S, Mentone. One person was arrested for battery and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. KCSD.

• 11:06 a.m. Friday - A battery was reported in the 3900 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 4:45 p.m. Friday - A juvenile was arrested on a warrant out of Whitley County in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw.

• 5:12 p.m. Friday - An employee of Arby’s in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, reported the theft of $700. WPD.

• 7:46 p.m. Friday - A domestic battery was reported in the 3700 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 8:03 p.m. Friday - A violation of a protective order was reported in the 2600 block of West CR 200S, Warsaw. KCSD.
