Kaylene Ranae Bontrager was born at 2 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2018, in Blessed Beginnings Care Center, Nappanee. She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured 20½ inches.

Grandparents are Levi and Drusilla Plank and Marlin and Alma Bontrager, all of Nappanee.

Kaylene joins five siblings: Barbara, Merlin, Darrell, Michael and Martha.
