Burkhart Aces No. 2 At Rozella Ford

Former Tippecanoe Valley?High School Athletic Director Duane Burkhart seems to be enjoying his free time. Burkhart, who retired from TVHS last month after 35 years, including nearly a quarter-century as the school’s A.D., hit his first hole in one at Rozella Ford Thursday. Burkhart used a 4-iron to ace the 167-yard, par-3 No. 2. Ed Sroufe, Angie Sroufe and Terry Holmes witnessed the ace.



WCHS Adult Tiger Booster Club Ads

The Warsaw Community High School Adult Tiger Booster Club is now soliciting ads for the upcoming fall sports program. Businesses and firms who have advertised in the past have been contacted by mail. 

Anyone interested in advertising in the program should contact Marlin J. Carr at 574-267-5858 by Aug. 1. In addition, current club members have been contacted by mail. For membership renewal questions or to join the club, contact Cheryl Lacheta at 574-372-3605 or Marlin J. Carr at 574-267-5858. 

The Adult Tiger Booster Club supports all 21 sports programs at Warsaw Community High School. Membership forms as well as sports program ad forms are also available on the high school website or by visiting WCHS Adult Tiger Booster Club on Facebook.



Manchester Football To Host Golf Outing

NORTH MANCHESTER – To celebrate the rich tradition of Manchester University football, head coach Nate Jensen and his staff are pleased to announce the third year of the Kickoff Classic Golf Outing.

It will be held July 28 at Stonehenge Golf Club. Registration can be done by visiting https://ourmu.manchester.edu/pages/alumni-events/2018-kickoff-golf-classic.
