The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 12:54 p.m. Wednesday - Levi Samuel Crisler, 25, of 205 S. Edgewater Drive, #173, Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $5,750.

• 12:55 p.m. Wednesday - Bradley Ryan Searfoss, 39, Elkhart, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:11 p.m. Wednesday - Shayne Lynn Padgett, 46, New Haven, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $2,500.

• 1:19 p.m. Wednesday - Gerardo F. Espinoza, 28, Goshen, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $376.

• 1:37 p.m. Wednesday - Anthony Wayne Pollard Jr., 52, of 9567 E. Adams Road, Pierceton, arrested on four counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor, failure to appear - felony and strangulation. No bond set.

• 5:49 p.m. Wednesday - April Mae Hurd, 39, of 5751 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while a habitual traffic violator for life and possession of paraphernalia with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:20 p.m. Wednesday - Kathleen Mary Coverstone, 61, of 3720 N. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and theft - $750 to $50,000. Bond: $6,350.

• 10:23 p.m. Wednesday - Scott A. Coverstone, 55, of 3720 N. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of theft. Bond: $3,350.

• 11:57 p.m. Wednesday - John George McGuire, 18, of 2715 E. Lake Tahoe Trail, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 2:47 a.m. today - Isaias Gonzalez, 23, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #5, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15. Bond: $700.



Personal Injury Accident

• 5:24 a.m. today - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and North Parker Street, Warsaw. Van-pickup collision. Drivers: Edgar J. Pippenger, 71, Meadow Lark Boulevard, Warsaw; Jessica A. Nelson, 27, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Injuries: Nelson complained of knee pain in both legs, right arm and left hand pain, and complained of cramping as she also is pregnant; Coral S. Alldaffer, 4, Wooster Road, Winona Lake, complained of head pain and had a large bump on her head; Pippenger complained of chest pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Nelson and Alldaffer were taken by EMS to Parkview Hospital Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated

• 4:50 p.m. Tuesday - Walton Boulevard, 200 feet north of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Lydon J. Smith, 33, EMS C31 Lane, Warsaw; Matthew L. Meck, 23, West CR 700N, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 6:43 p.m. Tuesday - 310 Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit parked car registered to Maggie A. Pace, Indianapolis. Driver: Sierra R. Palmer, 18, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 7:55 p.m. Wednesday - South Wood Street, 175 feet south of East Center Street, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked pickup registered to Garret K. Arthur, South Wood Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 11:40 a.m. Tuesday - A man in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of a license plate from a business vehicle. Loss: $25. WPD.

• 2:11 p.m. Tuesday - A man was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:16 p.m. Tuesday - An unspecified crime was reported in the 200 block of South Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:11 p.m. Tuesday - During a traffic stop, the driver was found to be driving while suspended with a prior and was arrested. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 9:31 p.m. Tuesday - A hit-skip accident to two vehicles was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $7,000. WPD.

• 3:05 a.m. Wednesday - A welfare check was done in the 9200 block of East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 11:05 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of Lakeland Rehabilitation in the 500 block of West Fourth Street, Milford, found a person visiting a resident was shooting drugs into their arm in a patient’s room. The person ran from the building and left in a car. MPD.

• 12:25 p.m. Wednesday - A violation of a protective order was reported in the 200 block of East First Street, Milford. MPD.

• 7:55 p.m. Wednesday - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 100 block of South Wood Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:49 p.m. Wednesday - Persons were arrested on warrants in the 600 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
