• 8:41 a.m. Thursday – Brian O'Neal Ivey, 31, of 212 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $500.

• 11:56 a.m. Thursday – Keri L. Fisher, 43, of 9853 N. Happiness Lane., Syracuse,  arrested on a warrant from another agency. No bond.

• 12:56 p.m. Thursday – Amber Rose Booher, 32, of 6838 E. CR 600N, North Webster, arrested for public indecency; nudity with intent to arouse. Bond: $600.

• 4:27 p.m. Thursday – Aaron Alan Shepherd, 25, of 213 E. High St., Atwood, arrested for failure to appear, misdemeanor. Bond: $400.

• 5:07 p.m. Thursday – Elizabeth Kay Stump, 36, of 322 N. CR 900E, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear, misdemeanor. No bond.

• 5:39 p.m. Thursday – Bethany Dixon, 30, of 503 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement and possession of paraphernalia-misdemeanor. Bond $750.

• 5:44 p.m. Thursday – Dustin Keith Catanzarite, 31, of 300 S. Main St., Leesburg, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5.250.

• 6:20 p.m. Thursday – Danielle Marie Hughes, 27, of 14 EMS B61B Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to comply, possession of a syringe for a legend drug, resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, a probation violation-felony, false informing and failure to appear, original charge felony. Bond $21,250.

• 6:49 p.m. Thursday – Spencer Eddie Stapleton, 20, of 167 EMS T33 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for a probation violation-misdemeanor. No bond.

• 10:49 p.m. Thursday – Derek Alan Singleton, 28, of 1692 12th Road, Bourbon, arrested for a body attachment violation. Bond: $500.

• 10:56 p.m. Thursday – Steven Lee Poe, 47, of 4430-38 Old Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-state warrant. No bond.

• 11:50 p.m. Thursday – Amanda Lee Dotson, 36, of 810 Chapman Lake Dr., Warsaw, arrested for a probation violation-felony. Bond $5,250.

• 1:59 a.m. today – Keslie Marie Miller, 24, of 2816 Southwood Dr., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct-noise. Bond: $300.

Property Damage Accidents

• 12:16 a.m. Wednesday – 4600 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw. Car backed into three large rocks and a well head. Driver: Joseph A. Deater, 20, Flora Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 11:52 a.m. Wednesday – Parker Street, 150 feet south of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Pickup trucks collided. Drivers: Terry P. Wood, 53, South Blue Spruce Court, Warsaw; Christopher N. Clabaugh, 57, East CR 600N, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police investigated.

• 2:16 p.m. Wednesday – 1900 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Parking lot collision involving a  car while in reverse.

Drivers: Rebecca J. Grill, 71, West Canal Street, Winona Lake; Julia B. Hildebrand, 17, Trailside Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 11:04 p.m. Wednesday – West CR 700S, 500 feet east of South CR 100W, Claypool. Car struck deer. Driver: Brian C. Smith, West Tower Street, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Silver Lake Police investigated.

• 7:44 a.m. Thursday – East Adams Road, west of EMS R3 Lane, Pierceton. Driver reportedly fell asleep at the wheel, rolled car. Driver: William W. Miller 36, EMS R3E Lane, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 11:19 a.m. Thursday – North Buffalo Street, 70 feet north of West Center Street, Warsaw. Vehicles traveling same direction sideswiped each other. Drivers: Jazmin A. Hilldago, 15, Salman Driver, Warsaw; Andrea Reed, 30, West Wildwood Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
