The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9:41 a.m. Wednesday - Joshua Michael Emmons, 32, of 405 E. Sycamore St., Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 12:56 p.m. Wednesday - Keith Allen Moore, 35, East Chicago, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 1:37 p.m. Wednesday - Dallas Blake Spall, 37, Anderson, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 3:28 p.m. Wednesday - Michelle Renee Lucas, 45, of 11620 W. CR 600S, Mentone, arrested for check deception. Bond: $92.94.

• 4:26 p.m. Wednesday - Matthew Ian Dilley, 37, Fort Wayne, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:44 p.m. Wednesday - Dustin Scott Jansma, 27, of 5440 N. CR 450E, Leesburg, arrested for failure to stop after an accident, failure to appear - misdemeanor and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,500.

• 2:18 a.m. today - Jeremy Lee Wingard, 29, Shipshewana, arrested for failure to report a boat accident with property damage. Bond: $450.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 9:51 a.m. Monday - Intersection of North CR 100E and North CR 350W, Warsaw. Rider lost control of motorcycle and crashed. Driver: David D. Bucher, 68, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Bucher complained of pain to his entire body and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 10:44 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East Washington Street, North Webster. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Hannah L. Gaerte, 18, EMS W25 Lane, North Webster; Thomas C. Schulte, 46, Breese, Ill. Injury: Schulte complained of pain to the neck. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 10:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South Packerton Road and East CR 250S, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: April J. Sparks, 35, East Sycamore Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 12:23 p.m. Tuesday - 726 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Car hit sign post. Driver: Scott A. Carrington, 36, Goshen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:17 p.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30, 619 feet west of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Bryson S. Seitner, 19, 17th Road, Bourbon; Vanra Phat, 60, Wabash. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North East Wawasee Drive and East CR 1250N, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Drivers: Gary L. Rasler, 40, East Wizard of Oz Way, Cromwell. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 11:08 a.m. Wednesday - North Lincoln Street, 75 feet east of Lindberg Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Vicki Ross, 71, North Lincoln Street, Warsaw; Patsy D. Moore, 89, North Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:13 p.m. Wednesday - East Epworth Forest Road, 33 feet east of North Main Street, North Webster. Pickup went off road and hit a curb. Driver: Hayley L. Royer, 36, Kimmell. Damage: Under $750. NWPD.

• 10:57 p.m. Tuesday - The theft of a television was reported in the 100 block of EMS W19 Lane, North Webster. Value: $500. KCSD.

• Midnight Wednesday - A person was arrested for failure to comply in the 9200 block of North Ind. 19, Etna Green. KCSD.

• 12:42 a.m. Wednesday - A bicycle was recovered in the 400 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Value: $75. WPD.

• 3:45 a.m. Wednesday - A man in the 3000 block of Inverness Point was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. WPD.

• 12:31 p.m. Wednesday - A man in the 800 block of Lydia Drive, Warsaw, reported a fraud. WPD.

• 1:42 p.m. Wednesday - A woman in the 1800 block of Rieder Street, Warsaw, reported a violation of a protective order. WPD.

• 1:49 p.m. Wednesday - A theft of belly button rings from a mailbox was reported in the 900 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. Value: $64.50. WPD.

• 5:42 p.m. Wednesday - A bicycle was found in the 400 block of South Maple Avenue, Warsaw. Value: $89. WPD.

• 10:49 p.m. Wednesday - A person in the 700 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw, was taken to the Bowen Center for 24-hour involuntary detention for attempting or threatening suicide. WPD.

• 1:45 a.m. Thursday - A woman reported a case of harassment in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
