• 3:07 p.m. Tuesday - Shannon Renee Sherman, 34, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $535.

• 3:33 p.m. Tuesday - Jarrod Scott Snyder, 30, of 109 Acorn St., Apt. B, Syracuse, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 6:52 p.m. Tuesday - Juwan Marquise Hamilton, 26, South Bend, arrested for theft with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:10 p.m. Tuesday - Dustin Michael Myers, 28, of 402 W. First St., Milford, arrested on four counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,137.50.

• 7:09 p.m. Tuesday - Donald Ray Shepherd, 48, of 206 S. Walnut St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $264.

• 4:37 a.m. today - Robert Edward Smallback, 34, Fort Wayne, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.



Personal Injury Accident

• 5:57 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Detroit and East Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. SUV-semi tractor-trailer collision. Drivers: Savannah Tran, 14, South Brallier Road, Pierceton; Corey R. Culp, 48, Shaffer Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Tran suffered injuries to her upper lip, complained of pain to her head and neck and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital; a passenger in Tran’s SUV, Alejandro Garcia, 15, East Levi Lee Road, complained of pain to his right upper arm and being dizzy and was taken to KCH: a third underage unidentified passenger was taken to KCH as a precautionary measure but didn’t complain of any pain. Tran was cited for operator never licensed. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:17 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop led to a person arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence in the 7700 block of East CR 500N, North Webster. NWPD.

• 12:49 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of a narcotic and possession of a syringe for a legend drug in the 1200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 6:11 a.m. Tuesday - An auto theft was reported in the 1000 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. Loss: $4,500. WPD.
