• 2:46 p.m. Tuesday - Kayla Inez Long, 31, of 713 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for check deception. No bond listed.

• 3:07 p.m. Tuesday - Shannon Renee Sherman, 34, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $535.

• 3:33 p.m. Tuesday - Jarrod Scott Snyder, 30, of 109 Acorn St., Apt. B, Syracuse, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 6:52 p.m. Tuesday - Juwan Marquise Hamilton, 26, South Bend, arrested for theft with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:10 p.m. Tuesday - Dustin Michael Myers, 28, of 402 W. First St., Milford, arrested on four counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,137.50.

• 7:09 p.m. Tuesday - Donald Ray Shepherd, 48, of 206 S. Walnut St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $264.

• 4:37 a.m. today - Robert Edward Smallback, 34, Fort Wayne, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.



Personal Injury Accident

• 5:57 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Detroit and East Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. SUV-semi tractor-trailer collision. Drivers: Savannah Tran, 14, South Brallier Road, Pierceton; Corey R. Culp, 48, Shaffer Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Tran suffered injuries to her upper lip, complained of pain to her head and neck and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital; a passenger in Tran’s SUV, Alejandro Garcia, 15, East Levi Lee Road, complained of pain to his right upper arm and being dizzy and was taken to KCH: a third underage unidentified passenger was taken to KCH as a precautionary measure but didn’t complain of any pain. Tran was cited for operator never licensed. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:09 a.m. Monday - 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Reynaldo Bonilla, 17, North Highland Lane, Leesburg; Madyson D. Stanley, 18, South CR 550W, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Armstrong Road and North CR 450E, Leesburg. Van left road and hit a highway sign. Driver: Isabelle S. Robinson, 17, Wabash. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 4:38 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Tracy F. Hansen, 46, South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw; Andrew J. Oehrtman, 31, Napoleon, Ohio. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 1:26 a.m. Tuesday - EMS T11 Lane, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Brian L. Bradley, 37, North Midlake Drive, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 11:59 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Detroit and Jalynn streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Madison R. Howard, 18, Dot Street, Warsaw; Hannah M. Adams, 23, Williamsburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:07 p.m. Monday - A woman in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, reported her credit card was fraudulently used to make a purchase online. Loss: $472.88. WPD.

• 9:17 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop led to a person arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence in the 7700 block of East CR 500N, North Webster. NWPD.

• 12:49 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of a narcotic and possession of a syringe for a legend drug in the 1200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 6:11 a.m. Tuesday - An auto theft was reported in the 1000 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. Loss: $4,500. WPD.

• 3:11 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested on a warrant for parole violation in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:04 a.m. today - A man reported the theft of a bicycle in the 3400 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Value: $280. WPD.
