• 2:14 p.m. Friday - Spencer Cameron Thomas Miller, 26, of 3340 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation - a level 6 felony. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:07 p.m. Friday - Lucas Allan Oglesbee, 29, of 321 W. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:01 p.m. Friday - Joshua Gale Shepherd, 38, South Bend, arrested for possession of meth and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:39 p.m. Friday - Jordan Christopher Godfrey, 24, LaPorte, arrested for criminal mischief - $750 to $50,000. No bond listed.

• 1:57 p.m.. Saturday - Bobby L. Coop, 65, of 2575 W. CR 1500N, Silver Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 2:38 p.m. Saturday - Nathaniel Christopher Johnson, 32, of 205 E. Tulip St., Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony and failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:38 p.m. Saturday - James Paul Grothaus, 24, of 2693 E. Steven Drive, Warsaw, arrested for dealing meth, possession of meth, two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $16,000.

• 5:48 p.m. Saturday - Timothy David Marsillet, 27, of 704 N. Dolan Drive, Syracuse, arrested for resisting law enforcement, resisting law enforcement with use of a vehicle and probation violation - felony. Bond; $750.

• 8:12 p.m. Saturday - Amber Lenn Hobbs, 29, of 5831 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 10:47 p.m. Saturday - Ridley Lee Brown, 38, of 502 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for burglary of a dwelling and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $16,000.

• 3:43 a.m. Sunday - Franklin Paul Bright, 34, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for neglect of a dependent with bodily injury. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:18 a.m. Sunday - Chad Alan Brennaman, 32, of 609 S. Poplar Drive, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 9:04 a.m. Sunday - Richard Lee Mounts, 39, of 665 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $10,500.

• 12:57 p.m.. Sunday - Justin Andre De La Cruz, 28, of 714 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:56 p.m. Sunday - Randy Walgamuth, 58, of 622 N. Ellsworth St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass, public intoxication and disorderly conduct - noise. Bond: $500.

• 9 p.m. Sunday - Bobbie Lea Atkins, 48, of 1007 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15. Bond: $700.

• 10:01 p.m. Sunday - Aunthony Dornay Henley, 23, of 3208 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for battery with serious bodily injury. Bond: $10,250.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 11:08 a.m. Saturday - West CR 1050N, 2,000 feet west of North CR 725W, Nappanee. SUV went off road and hit irrigation ditch. Driver: Lamar J. Slabaugh, 18, West CR 1350N, Nappanee. Injury: Slabaugh had a severe injury to his right leg and potential internal injuries; he was flown by Samaritan Air Ambulance to Memorial Hospital in South Bend. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 2:17 p.m. Saturday - East Kilmer Drive, 33 feet east of North Old 15, Milford. Pickup pulled into the path of a northbound Norfolk Southern train. Driver: Kevin P. Geisel, 59, Mishawaka. Injury: Geisel was pinned in the truck and had to be extricated; he was pronounced dead at the scene by the Kosciusko County Coroner’s Office. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. KCSD.

• 3:50 p.m. Sunday - South Ind. 25, 40 feet north of West CR 200S Warsaw. Motorcycle-car collision. Drivers: Ryan K. McLaughlin, 37, Wooster Road, Winona Lake; Phillip W. Burman, 27, North West Street, Warsaw. Injury: McLaughlin was not conscious at the scene and was flown by Lutheran Air Ambulance to a hospital; he had internal head injuries. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. • 12:01 p.m. Friday - A man in the 11100 block of North Humpty Dumpty Drive, Cromwell, reported his son took his vehicle without his permission after finding out that he hasn’t been going to work. KCSD.

• 2:05 p.m. Friday - A man in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw, reported his son as a runaway. KCSD.

• 3:53 p.m. Friday - A person was arrested in the 3500 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.

• 5:48 p.m. Friday - Officers investigated a traffic accident involving a tractor hitting a utility pole in the 6500 block of West CR 700S, Claypool. KCSD.

• 3:15 a.m. Saturday - A juvenile female in the 200 block of Canterbury Lane, Warsaw, was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. WPD.

• 9:47 a.m. Saturday - A man came to the KCSD in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw, for a custody complaint. KCSD.

• 3:12 p.m. Saturday - An unspecified crime involving a handgun was reported in the 1000 block of North Long Drive, Syracuse. SPD.

• 4:41 p.m. Saturday - A vehicle fled from a traffic stop in the 600 block of North Ind. 15, Leesburg. The person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, resisting law enforcement and resisting law enforcement with use of a vehicle. WPD.
