• 3:24 p.m. Thursday - Christopher Wesley Roberts, 39, Indianapolis, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,500.

• 3:27 p.m. Thursday - Lakeisha Suzette Williams, 32, Muncie, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 6:03 p.m. Thursday - James Douglas Stambaugh, 44, of 5236 E. Washington Road, Pierceton, arrested for obstruction of traffic and disorderly conduct - fight. Bond: $500.

• 6:26 p.m. Thursday - Kevin Lee Cherry, 55, Tulsa, Okla., arrested for check deception. Bond: $146.99.

• 6:39 p.m. Thursday - Holly Jo Haney, 41, of 4452 N. 3rd Place, #7, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,183.

• 7:08 p.m. Thursday - Neal Ryan Minnick, 37, of 202 E. Washington St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia with a prior and auto theft. Bond: $15,750.

• 7:36 p.m. Thursday - Nicholas Dwayne Skrumelak, 45, of 68 E. South St., Milford, arrested for burglary of a dwelling and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $2,550.

• 8:05 p.m. Thursday - Philip Mark Snodderly Jr., 41, of 1142 N. Shagbark Drive, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 8 p.m. Thursday - Douglas Ray Kelly, 67, of 3100 Frontage Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.



Personal Injury Accident

• 11:25 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Ind. 25 and South CR 400W, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Jerry L. Knepper, 52, Plymouth; Darell W. Shull, 69, East CR 100S, Pierceton. Injuries: Darell Shull complained of pain to the elbow and lower arm; Linda K. Shull, 69, a passenger in Darell Shull’s SUV, complained of pain to the chest. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 6:17 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and West CR 800N, Leesburg. Kayak fell off car, landed in the road and was hit by another vehicle. Driver: Delbert E. Coblentz, 51, Goshen. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 10:56 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 13 and East U.S. 30, Pierceton. Semi-tractor-SUV collision. Drivers: Dustin R. Price, 31, Kimmell; Douglas Westendorf, 63, North Mill Street, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 7:16 a.m. Thursday - East CR 850S, 1,500 feet east of Ind. 13, Sydney. SUV hit deer. Driver: Terry E. Day, 61, East Center Street, Sydney. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 11:07 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of East CR 200N and North Pound Drive West, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Trey C. McNall, 19, North Ind. 13, North Manchester; Michael Vanlaningham, 62, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 3:17 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 100 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse, for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15. SPD.

• 1:12 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Big R in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of four pairs of athletic shorts and two T-shirts by a man. Value: $96.99. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:32 a.m. Thursday - A man in the 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton, reported someone took money, firearms and computer hardware and software from his residence. Value: $1,070. KCSD.

• 3:09 p.m. Thursday - A person in the 3000 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw, was arrested for public intoxication. WPD.

• 6:15 p.m. Thursday - Officers investigated a person who was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence in the 1900 block of East Old 30, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:56 a.m. today - Officers responded to a call for service in the 1900 block of La Vista Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
