• 9:28 a.m. Tuesday - Homer Dewayne Hall, 47, of 509 W. Elm St., Pierceton, arrested on two counts of domestic battery. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:01 a.m. Tuesday - Zachary Andreas Sabastian, 37, of 8941 E. Nordman Drive, Syracuse, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 12:46 p.m. Tuesday - Bruce Lee Kintzel, 27, of 2057 S. Julian Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:44 p.m. Tuesday - Angela Rose Perry, 34, of 2824 S. Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. No bond set.

• 1:12 p.m. Tuesday - Matthew Shawn Miller, 32, of 2824 S. Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:34 p.m. Tuesday - Courtney Michelle Larkin, 22, Lakeville, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:04 p.m. Tuesday - Brad Lee Niles Jr., 31, of 1014 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for drug court violation - felony. No bond.

• 2:49 p.m. Tuesday - Sean Charles McDonnell, 25, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $383.

• 4:15 p.m. Tuesday - Mark Edward Blankenship, 48, of 509 W. Elm St., Pierceton, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 4:37 p.m. Tuesday - Tristen Lee Terry, 33, of 9688 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond set.

• 5:20 p.m. Tuesday - Olivia Nicole Stacy, 21, of 890 Walkers Ridge, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, criminal trespass and invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 7:28 p.m. Tuesday - Randy Walgamuth, 57, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication and criminal trespass. Bond: $600.

• 9:40 p.m. Tuesday - Cameran Michael Carver, 27, of 760 Wabbler Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.

• 2:31 a.m. Wednesday - Trentin Dean Garwood, 26, Columbia City, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 2:56 a.m. Wednesday - Jeffery John Walker, 23, of 123 S. State St., South Whitley, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 3:03 a.m. Wednesday - Keeley Nichole Shepherd, 25, of 945 S. CR 950W, #92, Pierceton, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 5:23 a.m. Wednesday - Joseph Paul Musser, 25, South Bend, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15. Bond: $700.

• 9:07 a.m. Wednesday - Brian O’Neal Ivey, 31, of 212 Sophie Lane, Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - a level 6 felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:46 p.m. Wednesday - Larry Alan Robertson, 60, of 6939 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $464.50.

• 3:03 p.m. Wednesday - Israel A. Rosales, 20, Logansport, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 10:26 p.m. Wednesday - Tami Jo Whetstone, 38, of 420 E. Center St., #8B, Bourbon, arrested for criminal mischief - $750 to $50,000. Bond: $500.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 4:52 a.m. June 25 - U.S. 30, 150 feet west of South CR 250E, Warsaw. Car hit pedestrian and left the scene but driver later turned himself in. Driver: Luis F. Rivera, 27, South Union Street, Warsaw. Injury: Pedestrian David L. Goad, 28, Lexington Drive, Winona Lake, had a fracture to the lower leg and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:58 p.m. Monday - North Eastshore Drive, 1,000 feet south of East Cornelius Road, Syracuse. Pickup went off road. Driver: Steven C. Printz, 68, East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Injury: Printz complained of pain to the rib, hip and upper leg but refused medical treatment at the scene; he was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for a blood draw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 10:05 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Winona and Maple avenues, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Chaneigh M. Carr, 28, Rochester Boulevard, Rochester; Jasmin Juarez, 18, Sharon Street, Warsaw. Injury: Carr complained of neck pain and was taken to KCH for treatment. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 6:04 p.m. Monday - A custody complaint was made in the 3700 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 6:12 p.m. Monday - A personal injury accident was reported in the 12400 block of Eastshore and Pickwick drives, Syracuse. It was later found that the driver of the single-vehicle accident was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. KCSD.

• 7:40 p.m. Monday - A woman reported a violation of a protective order in the 2600 block of West CR 200S, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 7:49 p.m. Monday - An employee of CVS Pharmacy in the 600 block of South Main Street, North Webster, reported the theft of alcohol. Value; $52. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 6:52 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Lakeside Chevrolet in the 400 block of Chevy Way, Warsaw, reported a burglary occurred overnight. Taken was a key-cutting machine. Value: $9,000. Damage to a door: $150. WPD.

• 8:03 a.m. Tuesday - A domestic battery was reported in the 700 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:29 a.m. Tuesday - A woman reported a burglary in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Value of miscellaneous merchandise taken: $135. KCSD.

• 8:11 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for felony possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
