• 4:52 a.m. June 25 - U.S. 30, 150 feet west of South CR 250E, Warsaw. Car hit pedestrian and left the scene but driver later turned himself in. Driver: Luis F. Rivera, 27, South Union Street, Warsaw. Injury: Pedestrian David L. Goad, 28, Lexington Drive, Winona Lake, had a fracture to the lower leg and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:58 p.m. Monday - North Eastshore Drive, 1,000 feet south of East Cornelius Road, Syracuse. Pickup went off road. Driver: Steven C. Printz, 68, East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Injury: Printz complained of pain to the rib, hip and upper leg but refused medical treatment at the scene; he was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for a blood draw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
