• 11:27 a.m. Friday - Intersection of North CR 400E and East CR 750N, Leesburg. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Katey L. Colburn, 32, Fairmount; John T. Clapacs, 74, Bloomington. Injury: Clapacs complained of pain to the shoulder and was assessed at the scene by EMS. Damage: $10,000 - $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 1:07 p.m. Friday - 1961 White Industrial Drive, Warsaw. Pickup hit pedestrian. Driver: Max D. Blue, 54, Goshen. Injury: Pedestrian Tyler A. Richter, 18, East Sandy Drive, Warsaw, complained of pain to the lower leg and foot. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:37 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of West Lake Street and Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Car went off road, hit a roadway sign, rolled over and driver fled the scene on foot, but was found and taken into custody. Driver: Nicholas A. Williamson, 35, South Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Williamson complained of pain to the elbow and lower arm. Driver was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and OUI. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 12:45 a.m. Saturday - East Armstrong Road, 750 feet east of North Old 15, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Driver: Samantha K. Kneller, 29, North Calhoun Street, South Whitley. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 1:31 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of West CR 900S and South South Hill Drive, Warsaw. Town of Silver Lake police car hit deer. Driver: R.J. N. Plummer, 28, West Hill Lake Road, Claypool. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 5:43 a.m. Sunday - West Center Street, 500 feet south of South Hand Avenue, Warsaw. SUV left road, hit a fire hydrant, and a curb. Driver: Clyde S. Allen, 34, Robin Drive, Warsaw. Allen was later arrested for failure to stop after a property damage accident and false informing. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

7:25 p.m. Sunday - South Packerton Road, 300 feet north of East CR 400S, Warsaw. Car went off road and hit a utility pole.  Driver: Rebecca Bum-gardner, 18, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Bumgardner was cited for no valid operator’s license. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 7:39 p.m. Sunday - 6125 Heron Blvd., Warsaw. Car hit parked car; registration information not listed. Driver: Debra L. Conway, 59, Heron Boule-vard, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:38 a.m. today - 1049 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit parked pickup registered to Ryan J. Baldwin, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Sheila S. Swinehart, 41, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 12:43 p.m. Friday - A woman in the 1200 block of Bibler Avenue, Winona Lake, reported the theft of a purse and other items. Value: $300. WLPD.

• 5:48 p.m. Friday - The theft of wood flooring, two window air conditioner units and a wall heater was reported in the 700 block of West North Street, Syracuse. Value: $2,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:55 p.m. Friday - A person in the 1300 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw, was taken to the Bowen Center. WPD.

• 12:05 a.m. Saturday - A traffic stop in the 700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw, led to the arrest of a man for OUI. WPD.

• 4:24 a.m. Saturday - A lost or stolen license plate was reported in the 5900 block of West Decoy Road, Mentone. KCSD.

• 4:29 a.m. Saturday - A man in the 3700 block of North Oakwood Drive, Warsaw, reported a possible fraud, saying that he had a collection agency trying to collect $150.03 for a telephone company. KCSD.

• 4:33 a.m. Saturday - An employee of Parkview Hospital Warsaw reported they had a 14-year-old girl in their emergency room with a dog bite to the calf that occurred in the 900 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 4:43 a.m. Saturday - A community corrections officer reported an inmate was threatened with a gun by a man in the 12600 block of South Ind. 13, North Manchester. KCSD.

• 5:37 a.m. Saturday - A man was arrested for domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and for strangulation in the 500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:50 a.m. Saturday - A woman reported criminal mischief to her vehicle in the 6200 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:44 a.m. Saturday - A woman reported the theft of a life jacket and kayak from her front porch in the 3100 block of North Stoneburner Road, Warsaw. Value: $210. KCSD.

• 3:38 p.m. Saturday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported a person made suspicious statements while making a purchase. WPD.

• 8:51 p.m. Saturday - A burglary and theft of jewelry, passports, credit/debit cards and money in the 2300 block of East CR 600S, Warsaw, was reported. Value: $5,001. KCSD.

• 11:19 p.m. Saturday - A man in the 12500 block of South CR 300E, North Manchester, reported a woman he knew and an unknown man broke into his home while he was there and took his safe containing $5,000 without his permission. KCSD.
