• 4:30 p.m. Thursday – Victor D. Fenner, 45, Chicago, Ill., arrested for corrupt business influence. No bond set.

• 6:34 p.m. Thursday – Amado Flores Jr., 41, of 6667 E. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content equal or greater than .15. Bond: $700.

• 7:16 p.m. Thursday – Misty Ann Kern, 37, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Lot 120, Warsaw, arrested on four counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,266.96.

• 1:48 a.m. today – Seth Aaron Carl Allen, 28, of 201 W. Section St., Claypool, arrested for possession of meth, dealing meth and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $10,250.

• 4:21 a.m. today – Joseph Edward Horacek, 34, of 8732 E. Wesley Lane, North Webster, arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC equal or greater than .15. Bond: $700.

• 4:33 a.m. today – James Michael Heath, 27, of 5188 N. CR 475E, Leesburg, arrested for failure to stop after an accident and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 3:24 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Lake and West Main streets, Warsaw. Car hit pedestrian. Driver: Jennifer L. Deming, 43, South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw. Injuries: The pedestrian, Sokun Seraypheap, 8 Square Road, Warsaw, had general complaint of pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:57 p.m. Thursday – West CR 100N, 1,000 feet west of North Parks Schram Road, Warsaw. Car went off road and struck a NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Jeremy L. Morgan, 36, Maye Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Morgan complained of pain to his left arm and chest and rib areas. He was taken to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
