• 9:45 a.m. Tuesday – Andrew James Futymoski, 28, Schoolcraft, Mich., arrested for burglary. Bond: $11,000.

• 2:33 p.m. Tuesday – Amber Nicole Bontrager, 38, Goshen, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $5,750.

• 4:18 p.m. Tuesday – Daffala Julian Muhammad Subuh, 18, Griffith, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $185.

• 4:18 p.m. Tuesday – Brittney Garza, 24, Knox, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 7:07 p.m. Tuesday – Hayle Nicole Doty, 29, of 109 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 11:33 p.m. Tuesday – Christopher Jon Jarvis, 42, of 13440 N. Main St., Milford, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 12:43 a.m. today – Johnathan M. Stephan, 28, of 647 E. CR 350N, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia and counterfeiting – certificate of registration. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:23 a.m. Tuesday – North Ind. 13, about 200 feet south of East Waco Drive, Syracuse. Car hit an animal that had been previously struck by another vehicle. Driver: Raylene S. Barrera, 24, North Surf Drive, North Manchester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 6:48 a.m. Tuesday – South Ind. 25, 2,000 feet south of West CR 250S, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Marla D. Pelszynski, 57, Walter Way, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 8:05 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Levi Lee Road and North Old Ind. 15, Warsaw. Pickup swerved to miss deer, went off the road and hit a Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Nathan R. Yeager, 34, Bremen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 5:02 p.m. Tuesday – An employee of Big R in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of household goods, tools, clothes and perfume. Loss: $392.98. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:50 p.m. Tuesday – A man was arrested for possession of meth, paraphernalia and counterfeiting in the 1600 block of South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. WPD.
