Joyce Kay Stockman, 86, Warsaw, passed away at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

She was born July 30, 1931, in Warsaw, to Vern Miller and Tressie Mae Roxie Bloom Landis.

She was a lifetime Warsaw area resident, graduated in 1949 from Warsaw High School and attended Bowling Green (Ohio) State University. She retired from First National Bank, Warsaw, after 22 years. She formerly worked as a teacher at Presby Preschool and at Kline’s department store and Kitchen Boutique, all in Warsaw.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Warsaw.

She is survived by a daughter, Roxanne (Terry) Bannon, Warsaw; two sons, Gary Stockman, Warsaw, and John (Sue) Stockman, South Bend; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Keaton Landis.

Services were at noon today, Jan. 22, at First United Methodist Church, Warsaw. Burial will take place in the Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.

Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
