County Jail Booking

The following person was preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 5:19 p.m. Friday – Jonathan Walter Michael Davis, 19, of 602 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. No bond set.



Property Damage Accident

• 4:36 a.m. Friday – Ind. 13 north of East CR 200S, Pierceton. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Donald B. Ruckman, 60, South CR 775E, Pierceton. Damage: $750-$1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated

• 2:55 p.m. Thursday – Fraud against Sprint was reported in the 5300 block of East Ridgewood Drive, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 3:16 p.m. Thursday – Fraud on a credit account was reported in the 2600 block of Roddy Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 4:16 p.m. Thursday – A death was reported in the 1300 block of Gable Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:14 p.m. Thursday – A male subject was arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia in the 600 block of Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:14 p.m. Thursday – Theft of a cellphone was reported in the 1200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:10 a.m. Friday – A TV was broken in a domestic dispute in the 1000 block of Warren Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:49 p.m. Friday – Invasion of privacy was reported in the 2300 block of North CR 350W, Warsaw. KCSD.
