• 6:03 p.m. Wednesday – Dustin Keith Catanzarite, 31, South Bend, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:30 a.m. Thursday – Nathan P. Hodges, 44, of 2505 Oriole Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 10:52 a.m. Thursday – Andrew Grant Baldrige, 50, of 5081/2 S. Graceland Ave., Claypool, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 4:59 p.m. Thursday – Shelby Alyn Laubham, 23, Ligonier, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. Bond: $600.

• 5:08 p.m. Thursday – Shanelle Diane Byrer, 24, of 9523 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for drug court violation – felony. No bond set.

• 5:59 p.m. Thursday – Kyle Thomas Ferguson, 24, Elkhart, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon and domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. Bond: $10,250.

• 8:22 p.m. Thursday – Randy Walgamuth, 57, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 8:39 p.m. Thursday – Jeremy Paul Mitchell, 31, of 600C N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:22 p.m. Thursday – James Douglas Stambaugh, 44, of 5236 E. Washington Road, Pierceton, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 10:21 p.m. Wednesday – South Ind. 25, 1,000 feet south of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Austin J. Radcliff, 22, Mitchell Drive, Rochester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 10:40 p.m. Wednesday – South Ind. 25, 1,000 feet north of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Car ran over dead deer in roadway, causing damage. Driver: Scott A. Flannery, 22, Lakeview Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 6:56 a.m. Thursday – West Ind. 25S, 2,500 feet west of South CR 800W, Etna Green. Car hit deer. Driver: Forst B. Dunnuck, 85, South CR 950W, Etna Green. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 8:35 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Price Road and West Price Road, Milford. Pickup went off road and struck a Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Samuel P. Beer, 54, North Price Road, Milford. Damage: Under $750. KCSD.

• 10:46 a.m. Thursday – 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Car backed into another car. Drivers: Jason A. Coe, 24, South Fosler Avenue, South Whitley; Tommy L. McKinney, 43, South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:17 p.m. Wednesday – A woman in the 5200 block of East Bayview Drive, Syracuse, reported intimidation via text messages. KCSD.

• 10 p.m. Wednesday – An overdose was reported in the 200 block of South High Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8 a.m. Thursday – Officers investigated a vehicle in a ditch which had hit a NIPSCO utility pole in the 7700 block of East CR 400N and EMS B3 Lane, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 10:40 a.m. Thursday – An employee of Big R in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of clothes. Loss: $209.98. WPD.

• 11 a.m. Thursday – A woman reported theft of a television in the 9400 block of North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Loss: $2,300. KCSD.

• 3:23 p.m. Thursday – A metal lock box was found in a ditch in the 2700 block of West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 5:31 p.m. Thursday – A possible drug overdose or medical event was reported in the 7300 block of South Caldwell Lake Drive, Claypool. KCSD.
