• 9:08 p.m. Friday – East CR 800N, 300 feet east of North CR 600E, North Webster. SUV left road, drove through a fence belonging to Jeff Holle, East CR 800N, Syracuse, and into a field where it overturned at least three times. Driver: Zeth A. Begley, 28, North Albert Eckert Drive, North Webster. Injuries: Begley was pronounced dead at the scene; a passenger, Ichelle Oquendo-Ferreri, 21, Stonewall Court, Nappanee, complained of pain to her entire body and was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 6:58 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of South CR 700E and East CR 350S, Warsaw. Pickup went off road and hit Kosciusko County Highway Department guardrail and Hillcrest Cemetery chainlink fence. Driver: George Bailey, 60, Fort Wayne. Injury: Bailey complained of pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 8:58 p.m. Sunday – North CR 500E, 1,300 feet south of East Defreese Road, Syracuse. Pickup went off roadway, hit a ditch, rolled twice and struck a Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Collin D. Thomas, 16, East CR 650N, Syracuse. Injuries: Thomas suffered minor injuries, bruises and lacerations and was taken to the hospital by his parents; a passenger, Brady D. Claassen, 16, East Cardinal Drive, Syracuse, complained of back and neck pain and also was taken to the hospital by his parents. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 4:59 a.m. Monday – West CR 900N, 1,500 feet east of North Orn Road, Milford. Car went off road and was later struck by a semi tractor-trailer that had rolled over on top of the car. Driver: Kyra M. Berkeypile, 20, Penny Lane, Nappanee. Injuries: Berkeypile reported brusing, bleeding and bruising to the lower arm. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 5:43 a.m. Monday – West CR 900N, 1,500 feet east of North Orn Road, Milford. Semi tractor-trailer went off road and rolled on top of a parked car registered to Sophia Berkeypile, Penny Lane, Nappanee. Driver: Scott S. Couch, 44, Columbia City. Injuries: Kyra M. Berkeypile, driver of the car, had minor bleeding to the lower arm; Couch complained of pain to the back. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSD.

• 8:52 a.m. Monday – Intersection of West Center and North Lake streets, Warsaw. Commercial truck-car collision. Drivers: Jacob D. Johnson, 26, West CR 550S, Claypool; David M. Haney, 29, Mineral Springs Avenue, Winona Lake. Injuries: Haney complained of neck pain but refused medical treatment. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:18 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Kings Highway and Kings Court, Winona Lake. Pickup went off road and hit a guardrail. Driver: Ryan G. Bricker, 38, East Wyland Creek Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: A passenger, Jackson T. Gould, 13, East Prestwick Road, Winona Lake, had minor bleeding to the face and was taken by his mother to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Car went off road and hit an Indiana Department of Transportation sign, went down an embankment and came to a rest in a small patch of trees. Driver: Matthew G. Rhines, 28, North Broadway Street, Mentone. Rhines reported he didn’t have insurance on the vehicle and has a suspended driver’s license. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 6:08 a.m. Monday – Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West CR 800S, Silver Lake. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: David M. Hoeppner, 28, Springhill Road, Warsaw; Misty M. Black, 42, West CR 1150S, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 9:47 p.m. Sunday – A woman reported a dog bite in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw, and was taken to the hospital. KCSD.

• 12:40 a.m. Monday – A person reported a domestic dispute between a man and two women in the 10300 block of South CR 100W, Silver Lake. KCSD.

• 3:49 a.m. Monday – A man reported a chunk of ice came off a passing semi and came through the windshield of his vehicle in the 100 block of West Section Street, Milford. Damage: $700. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 7:11 a.m. Monday – An employee of Wright Stop Marathon in the 7400 block of East Old 30, Pierceton, reported the theft of gasoline. Loss: $31. KCSD.

• 11:39 a.m. Monday – An auto theft was reported in the 700 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Loss: $3,000. SPD.

• 2:26 p.m. Monday – Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:05 p.m. Monday – A man reported someone kicked in the garage door of a house he was remodeling in the 10700 block of South CR 300E, Claypool. Damage: $400. KCSD.

• 3:30 p.m. Monday – A man reported being harassed over text message by a male neighbor in the 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 5:59 p.m. Monday – Officers responded to CPR being performed on a subject in the 12100 block of North East Wawasee Drive, Syracuse. The subject later died. KCSD.

• 10:46 a.m. Tuesday – A vehicle was found upside down in a ditch at CR 1000S and CR 400E with nobody around it near Claypool. KCSD.

• 3:27 p.m. Tuesday – A Milford town employee reported a vehicle with dual tires ran over a street sign, stop sign and NIPSCO guy wire in the 300 block of Shaffer and Syracuse streets. The vehicle causing the damage did not stop. Damage: $1,800. MPD.

• 10:04 p.m. Tuesday – A man reported a juvenile left home without permission in the 200 block of Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:40 a.m. Monday – A person reported a domestic dispute between a man and two women in the 10300 block of South CR 100W, Silver Lake. KCSD.

• 3:49 a.m. Monday – A man reported a chunk of ice came off a passing semi and came through the windshield of his vehicle in the 100 block of West Section Street, Milford. Damage: $700. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 7:11 a.m. Monday – An employee of Wright Stop Marathon in the 7400 block of East Old 30, Pierceton, reported the theft of gasoline. Loss: $31. KCSD.

• 11:39 a.m. Monday – An auto theft was reported in the 700 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Loss: $3,000. SPD.

• 2:26 p.m. Monday – Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:05 p.m. Monday – A man reported someone kicked in the garage door of a house he was remodeling in the 10700 block of South CR 300E, Claypool. Damage: $400. KCSD.

• 3:30 p.m. Monday – A man reported being harassed over text message by a male neighbor in the 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 5:59 p.m. Monday – Officers responded to CPR being performed on a subject in the 12100 block of North East Wawasee Drive, Syracuse. The subject later died. KCSD.

• 10:46 a.m. Tuesday – A vehicle was found upside down in a ditch at CR 1000S and CR 400E with nobody around it near Claypool. KCSD.

• 3:27 p.m. Tuesday – A Milford town employee reported a vehicle with dual tires ran over a street sign, stop sign and NIPSCO guy wire in the 300 block of Shaffer and Syracuse streets. The vehicle causing the damage did not stop. Damage: $1,800. MPD.

• 10:04 p.m. Tuesday – A man reported a juvenile left home without permission in the 200 block of Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. WPD.
