• 4:23 a.m. Monday – East CR 1300N, 1,000 feet east of North CR 175E, Syracuse. Van went off road and struck a fence belonging to Leon Tucker, East CR 1300N, Milford. Driver: Larry C. Cole, 46, Thwaits Court, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Driver: Julia M. Fluteplayer, 23, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Fluteplayer did not have insurance for the vehicle and was driving on a learner’s permit. Damage: $10,000-$25,000.
