• 9:26 a.m. Monday – Daniel Ryan Farmer, 35, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #78, Pierceton, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:55 p.m. Monday – Cameron Kyle Patterson, 21, of 3030 E. Armstrong Road, Leesburg, arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15 or greater. No bond.

• 2:24 a.m. Sunday – 205 W. Railroad Ave., Syracuse. Pickup backed into parked car registered to Scott M. Glass, North Sycamore Street, North Manchester, and then left the scene. Driver: Hunter L. Coyle, 20, Columbia City. Damage: $750-$1,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 10:52 a.m. Sunday – West CR 350N, 32 feet east of North Riverlawn Drive, Warsaw. Car left roadway and hit Kosciusko County Highway Department sign. Driver: Zachary T. Ledrew, 18, Barrington Place, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 5:55 p.m. Sunday – North CR 750E, 500 feet north of East CR 500N, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Alisa J. Davis, 23, St. Mary’s Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 9:49 p.m. Sunday – East CR 150N, 500 feet east of North CR 575E, Warsaw. Pickup went off road and hit a tree. Driver: Brian L. Robertson, 37, East CR 100S, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 10:47 p.m. Sunday – 4250 E. CR 300N, Warsaw. City of Warsaw police SUV was ran off roadway and hit a Mediacom phone box and a metal fence post belonging to Samuel L. Popenfoose, East CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Ross M. Minear, 33, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; other driver unknown. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:38 p.m. Sunday – East Armstrong Road, 1,500 feet west of North CR 200E, Leesburg. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Michael E. Scott, 60, EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg; Steven M. Pylant, 67, East CR 700N, Leesburg. Injuries: Scott suffered a fracture to the upper leg; Pylant complained of pain to the head. Both men were transported to the hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 10:54 a.m. Monday – Intersection of West CR 1350N and North CR 750W, Nappanee. Pickup went off road and hit NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Sydney Rosario, 25, College Station, Texas. Injury: Rosario suffered a fracture to the lower arm. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
