Debra Craft Robinson, 66, Etna Green, passed away Monday, Jan. 1, 2018.

Deb was born Jan. 23, 1951, to Darl and Norma Tinkey Craft.

Deb was in the first graduating class from Triton High School in Bourbon in 1969. She married Ronald Robinson on May 24, 1974.

Deb is survived by her husband and their three children, Melissa (Greg) Burns, Sara (Richard) Grossman and Michael (Stacy) Robinson, all three of whom live nearby in Etna Green. She was blessed with four grandchildren and her fifth due in February: Bailee Burns, Breann Burns, Carter Grossman and Heidi Grossman. Also surviving are her brother, Greg (Kandi) Craft, Bourbon; her mother-in-law, Jean Robinson, Syracuse; and her brother-in-law, Donald (Kathi) Robinson, Syracuse.

Deb was preceded in death by her parents.

Deb began her working years with a newspaper delivery route for the Times-Union. From 1987-1990 she was the matron of the jail while Ron was sheriff of Kosciusko County. After her time as matron, Deb returned to her paper route, usually with her two youngest kids in the back seat. She became a homemaker once her first grandchild was born.

She was the selfless caregiver, baby-sitting all four of her grandchildren. Deb truly enjoyed watching each of them grow. Her greatest joy was being the matriarch of her family.

Calling is scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw,  with a memorial service following at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral chapel. Pastor Rich Maron will officiate the services.
