• 12:39 p.m. Friday – Joseph Alexei Deeter, 20, of 966 W. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for theft and fraud. Bond: $5,750.
• 4:51 p.m. Friday – Lucas Logan Cook, 28, of 1508 Tippecanoe Drive, #A1, Warsaw, arrested for battery on law enforcement. Bond: $21,000.
• 7:10 p.m. Friday – Caitlyn Elizabeth Smarr, 22, of 140 EMS B33 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:13 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Ind. 13 and EMS B6 Lane, North Webster. Van hit deer. Driver: Rhonda J. Krause, 57, West Turkey Creek Drive, Cromwell. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
