• 1:10 a.m. Wednesday – Kenneth James Baxter, 48, of 347 Baker St., Cromwell, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of at least .15, and two counts of driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $700.

• 2:41 a.m. Wednesday – Adam Lee Aguilar, 28, of 8939 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC between .08 and .15. Bond: $700.

• 8:43 a.m. Wednesday – Joseph Phillip Gerber II, 37, of 108 E. Pittsburgh St., #3, Syracuse, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 9:09 a.m. Wednesday – Harry George Crosser, 63, of 3100 Frontage Road, #35, Warsaw, arrested for criminal recklessness – aggressive driving resulting in serious injury. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:04 p.m. Wednesday – Jason W. Meade, 44, of 72914 CR 35, Syracuse, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:01 p.m. Wednesday – Lee Curtis Coleman, 31, Marion, arrested for theft over $50,000. Bond: $12,000.

• 4:29 p.m. Wednesday – Kevin Lucas Howard, 25, of 909 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:37 p.m. Wednesday – Sherry L. Thomas, 28, of 556 W. Market St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to stop after an accident involving bodily injury. Bond: $500.

• 12:50 a.m. today – Colleen Irene Reavis, 47, Elkhart, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $183.50.

• 1:23 a.m. today – Justin Michael Mast, 26, Millersburg, arrested for failure to appear. No bond listed.

• 3:03 a.m. today – Morgan Rachael Wood, 33, of 1310 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:11 a.m. today – Monica Lynn Mullins, 22, of 708 W. Catholic St., Pierceton, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 2:10 p.m. Tuesday – 617 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw. SUV hit pedestrian. Driver: Leah A. Stahl, 42, South Neer Drive, Silver Lake. Injury: Pedestrian Norman R. Moroni, Knox, complained of pain to the lower leg and foot and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:52 p.m. Tuesday – U.S. 30, 300 feet east of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Sandra M. Handrich, 21, East Wilcox Road, Warsaw; Abdullahi M. Horri, 44, Hilliard, Ohio. Injury: Nimco B. Aden, 73, Hilliard, Ohio, a passenger in Horri’s SUV, complained of pain to the neck. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:56 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of North Turkey Creek Road and East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Car slid through the intersection and hit a sign. Driver: Bradley D. Briar, 17, North Fourth of July Avenue, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 8:55 a.m. Sunday – North CR 100E, 700 feet north of East CR 350N, Warsaw. Pickup went off road and hit a real estate sign and two trees. Driver: Reah M. Tom, 71, North CR 500E, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 10:18 a.m. Sunday – North CR 400E, 10 feet south of West CR 200N, Warsaw. Pickup slid into fence. Driver: Ryan M. Leek, 40, North CR 400E, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 12:21 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East CR 500N and EMS T6 Lane, North Webster. SUV hydroplaned on water and hit a sign. Driver: Brittany M. Obrien, 31, North CR 150E, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 3:28 p.m. Tuesday – A man reported theft of mail from his mailbox in the 8300 block of East CR 400N, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 3:31 p.m. Tuesday – A woman reported intimidation in the 10500 block of South Pleasant Street, Silver Lake. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 3:34 p.m. Tuesday – A license plate was reported stolen in the 100 block of Lakeland Drive, Warsaw. Value: $15. WPD.

• 3:41 a.m. Wednesday – A burglary was reported in the 7500 block of West Beachwood Avenue, Warsaw. Power and hand tools were taken. Loss: $700. KCSD.

• 10:22 a.m. Wednesday – A woman reported the theft of a purse from her motor vehicle in the 300 block of West Emeline Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 12:46 p.m. Wednesday – Two adults in the 3000 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw, reported they wanted to attempt suicide. One was admitted to Bowen Center and the other to Parkview. WPD.

• 5:02 p.m. Wednesday – A woman reported a fraudulent cell phone account in her name in the 100 block of EMS T48C Lane, Syracuse. KCSD.
