February is American Heart Month, and one of the most important things we can do to keep our hearts healthy is to eat a heart-healthy diet.

Join Jackie Franks from the Purdue Extension Office at 6:30 p.m. Monday for this one-hour program to learn about heart healthy cooking, heart healthy eating and the DASH eating plan. You’ll have a chance to win door prizes. A sign-up sheet is available now at the adult circulation desk. Bring a friend and sign up for this free program.

Win Prizes With The Adult Reading Club

Adults 18 and older can win prizes just by reading. For each audiobook listened to or book (Ebook) read, participants can enter their name into a weekly drawing for a prize. No library card needed.

Sign up at the adult circulation desk or call 658-4312. The Adult Reading Program will continue until March 31, so you’ve got plenty of time to participate.
