    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Duane Harman Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agriculture to Residential District, The Following Real Estate, located on the East side of 500 E and South of 700 N., Key Number 021-038-002.F in Prairie Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    Tract 2 Description: A part of the northwest quarter of section 10, township 33 north, range 5 east, second principal meridian, Prairie Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing at a railroad spike at the northwest corner of said northwest quarter of section 10; thence south 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west (record bearing deed record 2015120392), along the west line of said northwest quarter of section 10, a distance of 438.06 feet to a railroad spike being the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing south 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west, along said west line of the northwest quarter of section 10, a distance of 244.85 feet to a railroad spike at the southwest corner of said deed record 2015120392; thence south 89 degrees 54 minutes 35 seconds east, parallel with said north line of the northwest quarter of section 10, a distance of 664.21 feet to a railroad rail distance of 248.99 feet to an iron rebar capped (DORIOT); thence south 89 degrees 44 minutes 16 seconds west, a distance of 657.778 feet to the point of beginning; said above described tract contains 3.75 acres more or less.

    Subject to all easements, restrictions, drain tiles, public highways and right of ways of record.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Residential Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, March 7, 2018 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
