The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:19 a.m. Friday – Amber Lee Tomblin, 30, of 7 EMS D18B Lane, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:23 p.m. Friday – Gene Michael Poe, 33, Plymouth, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon, battery with a deadly weapon and criminal confinement. Bond: $25,250.

• 2:03 p.m. Friday – Jaimie Lee Martinez, 29, of 9899 E. Camelot Lane S., Cromwell, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $600.

• 2:03 p.m. Friday – Caleb Wayne Wilson, 26, of 507B N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.



Personal Injury Accident

• 6:13 a.m. Thursday –  North CR 200E, south of Armstrong Road, near Leesburg. Vehicle struck fence. Driver: Michele L. Coy, 35, North Warner Road, Syracuse. Injury: Coy was taken to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw, with neck pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 4:05 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Husky Trail and Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Patrick H. Easter, 25, Monoquet Road, Warsaw; Leobardo R. Reyes, 29, South 275E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:36 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 1150S, near Pierceton. Two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Ekta N. Saini, 20, Fort Wayne; Ann L. Beacher, 27, South CR 400E, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

5:59 a.m. Friday, South Packerton Road, near Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Jordan M. Shepler, 22, Miller’s Drive, Mentone. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 11:26 a.m. Friday – Subway parking lot, 1671 W. Lake St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Lindsey P. Sand, 24, South Ind. 15, Warsaw; Rachel M. King, 25, North Old Farm Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
