NORTH MANCHESTER — Barbara Jane Hicks, 74, North Manchester, died at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 15, 2018, in her residence.

She was born April 12, 1943, in West Prestonsburg, Ky., to James and Letha Conley Wright.

She was married to David D. Hicks on Nov. 23, 1963. He survives.

She worked for Bryant and Eaton Controls before retiring in 2001.

Private services and calling are planned.

Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.

McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, assisted with arrangements.
