• 12:22 p.m. Wednesday – William Garrett Shultz, 26, of 9205 W. CR 125N, Etna Green, arrested for burglary. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:04 p.m. Wednesday – Gabriel Lynn Blocher, 43, of 7912 E. CR 150S, Pierceton, arrested for theft with a prior. Bond: $2,750.
• 4:08 p.m. Wednesday – Zachery Michael Stavedahl, 18, of 432 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $10,250.
• 10:24 p.m. Wednesday – Jordan Dale Nieman, 21, of 206 E. Washington St., North Webster, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and domestic battery. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:05 p.m. Wednesday – Michael Scott Lewis, 33, of 302 Donna St., Leesburg, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and wanted on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $6,000.
Personal Injury Accident
• 10:01 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East CR 450N and North CR 925E, North Webster. Car went off road. Driver: Forrest E. Boesenberg, 33, West Brooklyn Street, Syracuse. Injury: Driver had a fractured arm and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 7:18 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of South Caldwell Lake Drive and South Terrace Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: John D. Sommers, 29, South Caldwell Lake Drive, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 7:48 a.m. Wednesday – Walton Boulevard, 25 feet north of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Brent A. Howard, 38, West CR 300N, Warsaw; Mitchell A. Corbat, 23, Markle. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:01 a.m. Wednesday – A welfare check was requested for an intoxicated man in the 600 block of South Dixie Drive, North Webster. The man was taken to the county jail and booked for intimidation on law enforcement, battery on law enforcement and disorderly conduct – noise. NWPD.
• 2:02 p.m. Wednesday – A woman reported somebody broke into her vehicle in the 400 block of East CR 1150N, Milford, and stole a car stereo and radar detector. Value: $200. KCSD.
• 7:15 p.m. Wednesday – A welfare check was performed on a man in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:30 a.m. today – A person reported the theft of vehicle parts and accessories, credit and debit cards and money from vehicles in the 2500 block of Pine Cone Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
