• 11:47 a.m. Tuesday – Tastacia On Quelle Parker, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 12:29 p.m. Tuesday – Kiera Denise Cornelius, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 3:13 p.m. Tuesday – Rodney William Falls, 54, Valparaiso, arrested for possession of marijuana and stalking. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:59 p.m. Tuesday – Kyle Michael McNamara, 22, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $185.50.

• 5:40 p.m. Tuesday – James Lynn Turner, 34, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:59 p.m. Tuesday – Shanda Michelle Spacy, 27, of 9710 S. CR 100E, Claypool, arrested for auto theft. Bond: $3,000.

• 6:30 p.m. Tuesday – Paul Sheldon Brandon, 42, of 2436 S. CR 775W, Mentone, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:39 p.m. Tuesday – Brian Earl Ivey, 42, of 714 N. Cook St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:06 p.m. Tuesday – Mitchell Andrew Day, 22, of 404 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $600.

• 4:57 a.m. today – Brandon Douglas Long, 36, of 620 S. Dixie Drive, North Webster, arrested for intimidation – law enforcement, battery – law enforcement and disorderly conduct – noise. Bond: $5,250.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 2:46 p.m. Monday – North Ind. 13, 300 feet south of Executive Boulevard, Syracuse. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Ronald R. Centers, 51, Goshen; Michael A. Poyser, 92, East Orange Street, Cromwell. Injuries: Centers suffered a fracture/dislocation to the lower leg; Michael Poyser had minor bleeding to the face; Margaret M. Poyser, East Orange Street, a passenger in Michael Poyser’s SUV, suffered a head injury. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:58 p.m. Tuesday – East Hatchery Road, 150 feet west of North CR 850E, Syracuse. Mo-ped went off road and crashed. Driver: William M. Omara, 57, North McCulloch Road, Syracuse. Injuries: Omara complained of pain to his entire body and was taken by Syracuse EMS to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Damage; $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.



Property Damage Accidents

• 2:52 p.m. Monday – Ind. 15, 450 feet south of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Kayla J. Covey, 26, Topeka; William J. Marsillett, 58, Whitetail Run, Warsaw. Covey was cited for not having a valid driver’s license. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:19 a.m. Tuesday – 5100 block of East Old 30, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Crystal J. Schuler, 26, South Wood Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 3:07 p.m. Tuesday – North CR 1100W, 500 feet north of West CR 575W, Nappanee. Pickup left road and hit a Marshall County REMC utility pole. Driver: Brock Piper-Vermillion, 26, Argos. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 6:35 a.m. Tuesday – Sheriff’s Department was contacted by a family of a recently deceased person in reference to securing a home and its contents in the 7900 block of East CR 900S, South Whitley. KCSD.

• 12:36 p.m. Tuesday – A juvenile complaint was reported in the 800 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:53 p.m. Tuesday – A traffic stop occurred in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamines and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. WPD.

• 7:13 p.m. Tuesday – A hit-skip was reported in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:12 p.m. Tuesday – Officers responded to a personal injury accident in the 8400 block of East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. The driver of the mo-ped was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. KCSD.

• 9:08 p.m. Tuesday – Intimidation was reported in the 300 block of Mineral Springs Avenue, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 1:33 a.m. today – A battery on law enforcement was reported at Kosciusko Community Hospital in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:20 a.m. today – Domestic battery was reported in the 1600 block of Dot Street, Warsaw. WPD.
