• 7:11 p.m. Monday – Richard Dean Hyde, 45, of 2601 S. Tinkey Road, Mentone, arrested on three counts of failure to appear and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,699.42.

• 9:07 p.m. Monday – Samantha Lee Burleson, 18, of 8955 W. CR 125N, Etna Green, arrested for theft - $750 to $50,000 and failure to appear. Bond: $2,750.

• 9:51 p.m. Monday – Richard Allen Parr, 40, of 2575 E. Center St., #221, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 11:45 p.m. Monday – Joseph Daniel Wiggins, 32, of 212 S. First St., #B, Pierceton, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug and possession of a narcotic. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:08 a.m. today – Paige Ryann Gaines, 19, of 1704 S. Blue Spruce Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
