County Jail Bookings

The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 8:54 a.m. Thursday – Marcus Deunte Brooks, 34, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #61, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $15,250.

• 9:52 a.m. Thursday – Anthony Andreas Rivera, 19, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #107, Warsaw, arrested for burglary of a dwelling. Bond: $15,250.

• 10:35 a.m. Thursday – Jason David Weisser, 35, homeless, arrested for dealing meth 1 to 5 grams. Bond: $15,250.

• 3:33 p.m. Thursday – David Jeremiah Gaff, 40, of 9565 E. Wawasee Lane, Syracuse, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 4:32 p.m. Thursday – Seth Aaron Carlos Allen, 28, of 201 W. Section St., Claypool, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency and dealing meth 1 to 5 grams. Bond: $15,250.

• 6:33 p.m. Thursday – Trey Andrew Hall, 23, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #61, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 11:25 p.m. Thursday – Mario Arturo Gonzalez, 27, of 704 South Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.



Property Damage Accidents

• 3:03 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Car-truck collision. Drivers: Justin T. Scott, 19, Wabash; Bart S. Kammerer, 46, North Canal Street, Leesburg. Scott was cited for driving while possessing only a learner’s permit and his passenger was only 21. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:08 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Ind. 19 and West CR 450N, Etna Green. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Russell W. King, 46, Lakeville; Garrett L. Cooper, 29, Middlebury. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 10:12 a.m. Wednesday – An employee of Utiliquest LLC in the 8600 block of East Backwater Road, North Webster, reported a terminated employee failed to return company property. KCSD.

• 6:16 p.m. Wednesday – Intimidation was reported in the 8500 block of East Asbury Lane, North Webster. KCSD.

• Midnight Thursday – A suspicious incident was reported in the 100 block of South Brallier Road, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 7:16 a.m. Thursday – A man reported his parents were fighting again in the 3900 block of East CR 100S, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 9:58 a.m. Thursday – An employee of Sparkman Auto in the 1600 block of East Winona Avenue reported the theft of a vehicle and trailer. Loss: $3,000. WPD.

• 5:45 p.m. Thursday – A man reported cash was stolen from a building in the 6400 block of North Byrer Road, Etna Green. Loss: $35. KCSD.

• 6:07 p.m. Thursday – A man reported the theft of a firearm in the 800 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. Loss: $350. WPD.

• 11:25 p.m. Thursday – A traffic stop occurred in the 100 block of North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Driver was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.

• Midnight Friday – A woman reported a man took a vehicle without permission in the 11700 block of North Orn Road, Milford. KCSD.
