• 3:23 p.m. Wednesday – Arnaud Cyusa, 21, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.
• 5:09 p.m. Wednesday – Brenda Lee Blackburn, 53, Logansport, arrested on two counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content equal or greater than .15. Bond: $1,457.
• 5:57 p.m. Wednesday – Richard H. Pitman Jr., 37, Fort Wayne, arrested for check deception and failure to appear. Bond: $245.
• 6:20 p.m. Wednesday – Tabitha S. Syndram, 47, of 203 N. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for resisting law enforcement with the use of a vehicle and failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $5,250.
Property Damage Accidents
• 4:42 p.m. Tuesday – West CR 900S, 2,500 feet east of South Ind. 15, Silver Lake. Truck hit by a chute extending out of a farm vehicle. Drivers: John M. Foreman, 47, Peru; Rodney W. Metzger, 63, East CR 800S, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.
• 6:59 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Fox Farm Road and North Lake Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Oliver Bloom, 25, Holly, Mich.; Rajath Rao, 26, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 7:12 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of West CR 1200S and South CR 700W, Silver Lake. SUV went off road and into ditch. Driver: Lindsey N. Reese, 35, North CR 650E, Rochester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
• 7:48 a.m. Wednesday – Ind. 13, 20 feet north of U.S. 30, Pierceton. Van-car collision. Drivers: Curtis A. Reed, 34, Roann; Chelsey Alger, 30, East CR 1000S, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Pierceton Police Department investigated.
• 3:43 p.m. Wednesday – North CR 300E, 1,200 feet south of East CR 900N, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Driver: Roger Miller, 52, West Emeline Street, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
• 4:18 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Meijer Drive and U.S. 30, Warsaw. SUV rear-ended van and fled the scene; SUV driver was apprehended after a short police chase. Drivers: Tabitha S. Syndram, 47, North Franklin Street, Mentone; Kelsey Wertenberger, 25, North Rebecca Street, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:50 a.m. Wednesday – A man reported the theft of power tools in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Value: $775. KCSD.
• 4:18 p.m. Wednesday – A woman was arrested for resisting arrest with the use of a vehicle and failure to stop after an accident in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:33 p.m. Wednesday – A garage window was broken in the 300 block of North Washington Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:24 p.m. Wednesday – A woman reported a fraud in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
