NORTH WEBSTER — Frank Robert Sivicek, 91, Leesburg, passed away at 8:23 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018, at Courtyard Health Care, Goshen.

He was born Aug. 11, 1926, in Chicago, Ill., to Andrew John and Anna Mary Galcik Sivicek.

He graduated in 1944 from Kelly High School in Chicago and was a United States Army veteran.

He was married on June 4, 1949, in Chicago, to Dorothy Stanek, who preceded him on June 13, 1981.

He retired from Sunbeam Corp. of Chicago after 33 years as a toolmaker and moved to the Leesburg (Barbee Lake) area in August 1988 from Chicago.

He was raised in the Catholic church and was a member of American Legion Post 253, North Webster.

He is survived by two sons, David (Helen) Sivicek, Pierceton, and Dan (Diane) Sivicek, Leesburg; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; sister,  Ann Lazarski; brother, Paul Sivicek; and stepbrother, Louis Blazek.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, at Owen Family Funeral Home, Ind. 13 and CR 500N, North Webster. A military honors service will follow at 4 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw.
