• 8:41 p.m. Tuesday – Alfred Walter Paul McDonald, 52, of 602 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $3,500.

• 10:06 p.m. Tuesday – Charles Laustin Kreider, 28, of 1202 Wooster Road, #60, Winona Lake, arrested on two counts of failure to appear, auto theft, criminal mischief and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $6,117.

• 11:47 p.m. Tuesday – Shana Elizabeth Hunziker, 24, of 9159 E. Doswell Blvd., Cromwell, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:04 a.m. today – Riley Jay Myers, 21, Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $218.96.

• 10:30 p.m. Monday – South Ind. 19, 500 feet north of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Car went off road and hit a NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Brandon A. Williams, 26, Heritage Drive, Rochester. Injury: Williams complained of neck and back pain but refused medical attention. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:30 p.m. Monday – North CR 675E, 1,200 feet north of East CR 500N, North Webster. Car spun out of control, went into ditch in reverse, struck a fence belonging to Christopher Schenkel, Cleveland, Ohio, and hit an embankment. Driver: Elisha T.
