• 7:53 p.m. Monday – Felicia Laviel Hudson, 41, of 404 N. Parker St., #6, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and level 6 felony intimidation. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:46 p.m. Monday – Lisa Frances Keough, 48, of 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 2:10 a.m. today – Caroline Brooke Joyner, 28, of 94 EMS T36 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal or greater than .15. Bond: $700.

• 4:19 p.m. Saturday – North Ind. 15, 2,500 feet south of West CR 1100N, Milford. Car left road, rolled twice, landing on its wheels. Driver: Randale L. Thompson, 38, West Emeline Street, Milford. Injuries: Thompson had cuts on his head and was taken to the hospital by air ambulance; passenger Aubrey K. Thompson, 11, same address as driver, complained of pain to the lower leg; Elliott Thompson, 10, same address, complained of pain to the lower arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 8:37 a.m. Sunday – South Ind. 25, 1,000 feet south of West CR 200S, Warsaw. SUV slid into a tree. Driver: Samuel M. Williams, 21, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Injuries: Williams complained of pain to the head and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 6:24 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of South Ind. 25 and Ferguson Road, Warsaw. SUV went off road and hit a rock 3 feet in diameter belonging to Justin McDonald, South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. Driver: Joshua R. Kring, 28, East Main Street, Atwood. Injuries: Kring complained of pain to the lower arm; a passenger, Cheyenne Hall, 20, same address, complained of pain to the neck. Both of the injured were taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 8:54 a.m. Monday – Intersection of North CR 100E and East CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Zakkary N. Moreno, 24, North CR 400E, Warsaw; Nicole D. Wysong, 27, North Dovewood Trail, Warsaw. Injuries: Wysong complained of pain to her entire body. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSD.

• 3:18 p.m. Monday – Intersection of East Center and South Maple streets, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Timothy W. Yoder, 61, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw; Sherry A. Montague, 55, East Center Street, Warsaw. Injury: Montague complained of pain to the head, upper left arm, lower back and left leg; she was taken to KCH for treatment. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. • 3:38 p.m. Monday – Ind. 15, 80 feet north of CR 300N, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Donnie D. Newman, 55, Kewanna; Brandon Reamer, 18, East Market Street, Nappanee; Keifer R. Tomblin II, 39, West Leigh Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: A passenger in Reamer’s vehicle, Nicole M. Morrison, 22, East Indiana Avenue, Nappanee, complained of pain to the back. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. • 1:14 p.m. Sunday – A fight between a father and adult daughter was reported in the 6300 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. An arrest was made. KCSD.

• 3:40 a.m. Monday – A woman reported a burglary to her residence in the 10500 block of North Grand Boulevard, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 9:42 a.m. Monday – A city of Warsaw employee reported finding a wallet in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:50 p.m. Monday – A woman in the 600 block of Dogwood Lane, Warsaw, reported a fraudulent Sprint account set up in her name. WPD.

• 5:48 p.m. Monday – A man reported domestic battery and intimidation with a deadly weapon in the 400 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
