KCSD Conducts Church Safety And Security Training Session

Kosciusko County Sheriff William Rocky Goshert and members of the KCSD conducted the first Church Safety and Security Training earlier last week.

The KCSD, in partnership with many local churches, started this program to increase awareness and provide a safe place of worship for citizens in the county.

The initial training was completed at Warsaw Community Church with 14 students from three local churches attending the training.

The KCSD, with the Indiana Sheriff’s Association, was able to provide the training curriculum that was presented during the training.  

The KCSD welcomes any other requests from churches to provide this type of training in the future.
