• 10:28 a.m. Wednesday – Margaret A. Williams, 36, of 128 EMS D14 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:32 p.m. Wednesday – Jordan Haley O’Neill, 29, of 756 E. CR 600S, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:18 p.m. Wednesday – East Market Street, 40 feet east of South Wood Street, Warsaw. Driver of car lost consciousness and when she woke up she ran into a parked car registered to Ninoshka J. Bornes, East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Krystal E. Phillips, 29, East Market Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Phillips was taken to Parkview Hospital Warsaw for treatment for chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:17 p.m. Tuesday – Argonne Road, 100 feet north of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Semi tractor- trailer hit viaduct belonging to CSX Transportation, Knoxville, Tenn. Driver: Vincent K. Clay, 29, Auburn. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 4:29 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North Park Avenue and East Clark Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision; driver of SUV fled the scene. Drivers: Kenyan C. Bennett, 19, East Clark Street, Warsaw; Shawn D. Stingel, 45, East Center Street, Warsaw. Bennett was later found and arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 8:27 a.m. Monday – A woman in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw, reported being held against her will. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
• 6:43 a.m. Tuesday – A burglary was reported in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Items stolen included jewelry, computer hardware and software and miscellaneous other items. Value: $3,084. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:40 a.m. Tuesday – Juveniles were reported as runaways in the 300 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:46 a.m. Tuesday – A man reported a chainsaw was stolen from his shed in the 100 block of West First Street, Milford. Loss: $375. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 1:53 p.m. Tuesday – A man reported yard damage from a vehicle in the 8600 block of South CR 600W, Claypool. KCSD.
• 4:29 p.m. Tuesday – A driver involved in a hit-skip accident was found and arrested in the 400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:37 p.m. Tuesday – A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, on an individual who was driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.
• 4:42 a.m. Tuesday – A burglary was reported in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. Three suspects are in custody. KCSD investigated.
• 4:46 a.m. Tuesday – A burglary was reported in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. Three suspects are in custody. KCSD.
• 4:49 a.m. Tuesday – A burglary was reported in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. Three suspects are in custody. KCSD.
• 4:50 p.m. Tuesday – A theft was reported in the 1300 block of St. Marys Drive, Warsaw. Items stolen included jewelry, tools, a speaker, electronics and batteries. Loss: $847.29. WPD.
• 4:51 a.m. Tuesday – A burglary was reported in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. Three suspects are in custody. KCSD.
• 4:53 a.m. Tuesday – A burglary was reported in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. Three suspects are in custody. KCSD.
• 4:58 a.m. Tuesday – A burglary was reported in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. Three suspects are in custody. KCSD.
• 6:33 p.m. Tuesday – Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle from Columbia City at a gas station in the 2100 block of South Ind. 13, Pierceton. The person in possession of the vehicle was arrested on a warrant and the vehicle was recovered. KCSD.
• 1:49 a.m. Wednesday – Report of a battery was reported in the 200 block of East Burkhart Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 2:42 p.m. Wednesday – A man reported an alleged battery in the 2200 block of Provident Court, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:31 p.m. Wednesday – A motorist was arrested for driving while suspended and on a warrant for an Indiana agency. WPD.
