She was born Oct. 31, 1926, in Beloit, Wis., to Nicoli and Giovana Saladino LaRosa.
She was united in marriage to Donald Francis Lichtfuss on Sept. 22, 1951, at the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle by Reverend T.A. O’Reilly in Beloit, Wis.
Isabel was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Ladies of the Knights of Columbus, Women of Grace, as well as Kosciusko County 4H.
She is survived by her children: Jerald (spouse Joan Haldewang) Lichtfuss of Evanston, Ill.; Joanne (spouse Lewis) Pifer of Warsaw; Mary Miller of Lafayette; Patricia Sensibaugh (companion Steve Metzger) of Warsaw; grandchildren: William, Christy, Matt, Andrea, Adam, Andrew, Kade, Brandon, Haley; great-grandchildren: Mila, William, Austin, Ian, Aaron, Isaac, Izabella, Harlow, Paige, Archie, Kali, Christopher, Brooklyn, Oliver, Myles, Maycee, Molly, Michael, Tyler and Christopher; step-great-grandchildren: Cali and Talan; sister, Mary Jane (spouse Ron) Curtis of Huddleston, Va.; many nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her husband, Donald Francis Lichtfuss, on Dec. 28, 1980; a sister; brother; two sons-in-law, Meredith (spouse Bud) Sensibaugh and Bob Miller; as well as a granddaughter, Meredith Sensibaugh.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3 with a Rosary service at 7:30 p.m. in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 4 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw, with Father Jonathan Norton officiating. Interment will be private.
