• 2:16 p.m. Saturday - Todd Alan Swanson, 53, of 205 E. Main St., Atwood, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 8:03 p.m. Saturday - Judith R. Hackler Wolfe, 69, of 5491 E. CR 950N, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:40 a.m. Sunday - Patrick Allen Belt, 25, of 309 S. Henry St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear - felony, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,500.

Hart, 43, Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, complained of pain to the hip and was seen at scene by medics but refused further medical treatment. Damage: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
