• 4:24 a.m. Sunday - Alejandro Velasquez Jr., 21, of 1734 E. CR 225S, #20, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years and failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 8:40 a.m. Sunday - Patrick Allen Belt, 25, of 309 S. Henry St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear - felony, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,500.

• 4:15 p.m. Friday - 540 E. Market St., Warsaw. Car hit pedestrian. Driver: Lake H. Price, 25, North Tenth Street, Pierceton. Injury: Pedestrian Heather D. Hart, 43, Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, complained of pain to the hip and was seen at scene by medics but refused further medical treatment. Damage: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
