• 12:03 p.m. Thursday - Aliyaha Rae Dawn Whitaker, 23, of 5270 Bayview Drive, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:16 p.m. Thursday - Nicholas Allen Williamson, 35, of 2668 S. Southwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $769.47.
• 1:25 p.m. Thursday - Alexandra Diane Eckert, 20, of 112 Canterbury Lane, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
• 3:22 p.m. Thursday - Justin Shawnlee Adams, 21, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.
• 4:20 p.m. Thursday - Brian Alan Perez, 38, of 500 E. Ind. 13, #27, North Manchester, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $2,000.
• 7:05 p.m. Thursday - Ricky Joe Owens, 57, Elkhart, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. No bond set.
• 9:28 p.m. Thursday - James Frederick Koser, 45, of 223 W. Jefferson St., #5, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant, for possession of paraphernalia and for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,496.

Personal Injury Accident
• 5:18 p.m. Thursday - North Main Street, 50 feet north of East First Street, North Webster. Pickup went off road and hit a utility pole and a gas station signing belonging to JBK Properties LLC, Bremen. Driver: Kaylin M. Williams, 18, East CR 250N, Pierceton. Injury: Williams complained of pain to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 5:17 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Husky Trail and Mariners Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Gage E. Webb, 23, South Market Street, Burket; Christina H. Merrill, 33, Shell Bark Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:44 a.m. Thursday - Silveus Crossing, 170 feet north of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Marla J. Hendrix, 49, Cedar Road, Bourbon. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 2:25 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of West Winona Avenue and Logan Street, Warsaw. Van-pickup collision. Drivers: Justin S. Adams, 21, West CR 250S, Warsaw; Kevin D. Messmore, 32, Bass Street, Warsaw. Adams was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and operating a motor vehicle never having been licensed. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:26 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Kosciusko County Highway Department reported a hit-skip to a utility pole in the 7500 block of East Vawter Park Road, Syracuse. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 7:57 p.m. Wednesday - A cellphone was reported stolen in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Value: $840. WPD.
• 7:15 a.m. Thursday - The theft of a license plate was reported in the 200 block of West Syracuse Street, Milford. Value: $70. KCSD.
• 9:48 a.m. Thursday - There was an investigation at Lincoln Elementary School in the 200 block of North Lincoln Street regarding a person threatening and/or attempting suicide. WPD.
