• 11:35 a.m. Wednesday - Frankie Lee Poe, 46, of 203 N. Monroe St., Sidney, arrested on four counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:01 p.m. Wednesday - Kathy Jo Foreman, 38, of 203 N. Monroe St., Sidney, arrested for failure to appear and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $1,160.

• 12:11 p.m. Wednesday - Vanessa Renee Newman, 45, of 3710 S. Ind. 5, #57, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:48 p.m. Wednesday - Aaron J. Guyberson, 31, of 305 N. Tucker St., Mentone, arrested for theft, burglary, possession of methamphetamine and forgery. Bond: $10,250.

• 4 p.m. Wednesday - Isaac Barnett Young, 19, Novi, Mich., arrested for counterfeiting. No bond listed.

• 5:09 p.m. Wednesday - William Otis Makowski, 31, of 201 N. Main St., Claypool, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 6:28 p.m. Wednesday - Elijah Gage Labordus, 22, Muncie, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 6:47 p.m. Wednesday - Matthew Dean Robinson, 30, Parker City, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $2,000.

• 11:44 p.m. Wednesday - Rune Star Springer, 25, of 1359 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 2 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 7:06 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of Warsaw Community Church in the 1800 block of South County Farm Road, Warsaw, reported a violation of a no contact order. WPD.
