• 8:32 a.m. Tuesday - Blake Edward Johnson, 22, of 8982 W. CR 225N, Etna Green, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.
• 2:23 p.m. Tuesday - Terry Joe Wright, 40, of 1402 Alpha St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond listed.
• 2:25 p.m. Tuesday - Matthew Thomas Mitchell, 48, of 3387 Blackford Drive, Tippecanoe, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 2:46 p.m. Tuesday - Lori Ann Studebaker, 52, of 3455 E. Davilla Court, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 4:55 p.m. Tuesday - Bernice Fields, 49, of 109 E. Baltimore St., #2, Syracuse, arrested for dealing a controlled substance and dealing a narcotic. Bond: $10,250.
• 7:16 p.m. Tuesday - Daniel Joseph Lord, 39, of 597 S. Old 13, Pierceton, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
• 8:30 p.m. Tuesday - Antonio Roberto Alvizo, 33, of 206 N. James St., Milford, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 7:44 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Martin’s Supermarket in the 1100 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw, reported the theft of a shrimp platter and a 2-liter of soda. Value: $21.98. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
