• 6:10 a.m. Monday - Bruce Edward Adams, 47, of 419 S. Maple St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 10:09 a.m. Monday - Tarah Renae Prater, 32, of 1010 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 12:41 p.m. Monday - Donna Elayne Everage, 26, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #17, Pierceton, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $385.

• 10:22 p.m. Friday - Intersection of North Ind. 19 and North CR 900W, Nappanee. Van-car collision. Drivers: John F. Thomas, 82, South Ind. 5, South Whitley; Ryan D. Miller, 17, 2B Road, Nappanee. Injuries: Thomas had minor bleeding to the head and was taken to Parkview Hospital Warsaw; Caleb Schrock, 16, CR 50, Nappanee, a passenger in Miller’s car, had an unspecified injury; Rosanne Borkholder, 16, Nappanee, a passenger in Miller’s car, had minor bleeding to the face; Kerlin Hochstetler, 16, North CR 1050W, Nappanee, a passenger in Miller’s car, complained of pain to the head; Anna Burkholder, 16, Nappanee, a passenger in Miller’s car, complained of unspecified injuries. • 10:18 p.m. Friday - East CR 1400N, 400 feet east of North Workman Drive, Syracuse. Car left road and hit several trash cans and caused damage to the landscaping belonging to Ashley S. • 10:02 a.m. Sunday - A man was found dead of natural causes in his home in the 500 block of Alward Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:15 p.m. Sunday - An employee of Kohl’s in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, reported the theft of shoes. Value: $59.99. WPD.
