• 5:29 a.m. Monday - Jonathan Carlie Shepherd, 29, of 3451 E. Pleasant Grove Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft from a motor vehicle of property valued of at least $750 and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle. Bond: $450.

• 6:10 a.m. Monday - Bruce Edward Adams, 47, of 419 S. Maple St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 10:09 a.m. Monday - Tarah Renae Prater, 32, of 1010 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 12:41 p.m. Monday - Donna Elayne Everage, 26, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #17, Pierceton, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $385.

• 2:38 p.m. Monday - Ronald Gene Davis, 52, Peru, Ind., arrested for failure to appear - felony. Bond: $500.

• 2:36 p.m. Monday - Shawn Michael Baga, 28, of 704 N. Ind. 19, Akron, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $400.

• 5:41 p.m. Monday - Charles Lester Skinner, 38, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear - felony and failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $474.

• 5:43 p.m. Monday - Boris Lee Harvey, 26, homeless, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $400.

• 3:13 a.m. today - Rodney Brent Knuckles, 33, of 18 EMS B20A Lane, Pierceton, arrested for theft of a vehicle and intimidation. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:22 p.m. Friday - Intersection of North Ind. 19 and North CR 900W, Nappanee. Van-car collision. Drivers: John F. Thomas, 82, South Ind. 5, South Whitley; Ryan D. Miller, 17, 2B Road, Nappanee. Injuries: Thomas had minor bleeding to the head and was taken to Parkview Hospital Warsaw; Caleb Schrock, 16, CR 50, Nappanee, a passenger in Miller’s car, had an unspecified injury; Rosanne Borkholder, 16, Nappanee, a passenger in Miller’s car, had minor bleeding to the face; Kerlin Hochstetler, 16, North CR 1050W, Nappanee, a passenger in Miller’s car, complained of pain to the head; Anna Burkholder, 16, Nappanee, a passenger in Miller’s car, complained of unspecified injuries. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 5:53 p.m. Sunday - 534 W. CR 300N, Warsaw. Car hit parked van registered to Sean A. Douglass, Plymouth. Driver: Sherry D. Fox, 54, Brubaker Street, Warsaw. Injury: An unnamed passenger in the van was treated at the scene by Lutheran EMS. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:54 p.m. Friday - East CR 1400N, Syracuse. Car hit deer. Driver: Wayde E. Miller, 31, East Sleepy Hollow Parkway, Cromwell. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 10:18 p.m. Friday - East CR 1400N, 400 feet east of North Workman Drive, Syracuse. Car left road and hit several trash cans and caused damage to the landscaping belonging to Ashley S. Smith, East CR 1400N, Syracuse, and came to a stop in a ditch. Driver: Jayson L. Sabo, 40, CR 133, Syracuse. Damage: $750-$1,000. SPD.

• 6:59 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of East CR 650S and South CR 650E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Donald A. McCune, 50, West Main Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 2:48 pm. Saturday - Intersection of South CR 250E and East Pierceton Road, Winona Lake. Two-car collision. Drivers: Juanita M. Frantz, 85, South Country Club Road, Warsaw; Atilano A. Avelar, 38, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:30 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Car hit unknown vehicle but driver did not realize it until she arrived home. Driver: Jamie L. Larrison, 28, Brook View Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 8:21 a.m. Sunday - A man in the 2800 block of Huffman Street, Winona Lake, reported the theft of firearms. Value: $1,150. WLPD.

• 10:02 a.m. Sunday - A man was found dead of natural causes in his home in the 500 block of Alward Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:15 p.m. Sunday - An employee of Kohl’s in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, reported the theft of shoes. Value: $59.99. WPD.

• 1:45 p.m. Sunday - A burglary to a storage unit in the 4400 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw, was reported. KCSD.

• 9:19 p.m. Sunday - A hit-skip accident involving an Indiana Department of Transportation street sign was reported in the 2900 block of North Ind. 19, Etna Green. KCSD.
