After serving the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals for 25 years, Walt Church participated in his final board meeting Tuesday morning. He received a plaque from the board recognizing his service. Pictures are (L to R) board members Charlie Haffner, Charlotte Siegfried, Church and Randy Cox. Since his appointment by Kosciusko County Commissioners in 1993, Church has participated in more than 8,000 hearings involving variances, exceptions and ordinance interpretations.
