• 10:43 a.m. Tuesday - Raymond R. Tracey III, 33, Angola, arrested for battery resulting in serious bodily injury and battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.

• 11:52 a.m. Tuesday - Jonathon Austin Daniels, 22, Crown Point, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $666.

• 12:44 p.m. Tuesday - Robert Middleton Porter, 21, of 3203 S. Ind. 25W, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.

• 2:30 p.m. Tuesday - Ron Lewis Isbell, 46, of 614 Nancy St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. No bond listed.

• 2:59 p.m. Tuesday - Donald Kerry Klosinski, 42, of 309 N. Morgan St., Apt. D, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $349.

• 6:40 p.m. Tuesday - Austin James Griffith, 25, of 3491 E. CR 1300N, Syracuse, arrested for parole violation - felony. No bond set.

• 8:25 p.m. Tuesday - Timothy Frederick Howard, 34, of 314 N. West St., Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 8:31 p.m. Tuesday - Brandy Aleisha Light, 27, of 3757 N. CR 900W, #128, Mentone, arrested on two counts of theft and false informing/reporting. Bond: $1,200.

• 9 p.m. Tuesday - Adam D. Howard, 34, of 210 E. Main St., North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $560.

• 10:43 p.m. Tuesday - Duane Albert Alexander II, 18, of 115 N. Tepee Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:03 a.m. today - Dana Kaye Garza, 54, of 507 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for battery - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 4:07 a.m. today - Lori Marie Martinez, 33, of 507 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for battery - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 7:22 a.m. Monday - 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Car hit large rock and rolled over. Driver: Eric M. Blanton, 24, East Pierceton Road, Pierceton. Injury: Trenton Campbell, 19, East Pierceton Road, Pierceton, a passenger in the car, complained of pain to the upper arm and shoulder. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:22 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North CR 200E and East Armstrong Road, Warsaw. Car left road, ran over a wire fence and hit a tree. Driver: Valerie L. Kirkpatrick, 53, North CR 850E, Leesburg. Injury: Kirkpatrick complained of pain to the entire body and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 8:49 p.m. Monday - East CR 400S, 2,000 feet east of South Magee Road, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Kyle L. Turley, 39, Wabash. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 6:32 a.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 15, 200 feet south of West Eastbrook Street, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Gary D. McGillem, 62, West Hilltop Lane, Silver Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.



Incidents

• 12:56 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested in the 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. WPD.

• 6:28 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Kohl’s in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, reported a theft. Items taken included clothing and electronics. Value: $449.98. WPD.
