• 9:56 a.m. Monday - James Marcus Elliott Jr., 40, of 402 W. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $750.

• 11:19 a.m. Monday - Tabatha Marie Keplinger, 28, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #186, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:29 p.m. Monday - Anton Tony Sullivan, 58, of 521 N. Colfax St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. No bond set.

• 4:02 p.m. Monday - Elaine F. Troyer, 19, LaGrange, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 5:16 p.m. Monday - Stephen Michael Ault, 31, of 8601 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for theft of property at least $750 and less than $50,000. Bond: $10,000.

• 6:15 p.m. Monday - Ashtin Bryce Bailey, 24, of 1722 S. Ind. 19, Akron, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:33 p.m. Monday - Dana Marie Jackson, 39, of 208 Mishawaka St., Akron, arrested for probation violation - felony and failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 6:47 p.m. Monday - Trisha Edna Stavedahl, 38, of 1415 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for theft and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,100.

• 8:55 p.m. Monday - Nathaniel Phillip Trott, 25, of 40 EMS B6 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of a legend drug or precursor. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:18 p.m. Monday - Shayla K. Slone, 22, Ligonier, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 10:43 p.m. Monday - William Harvey Epperly III, 61, Tipton, arrested for false informing/reporting and on a warrant. No bond listed.
