The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8 a.m. Friday – Kenneth B. King, 51, Fort Wayne, arrested in Allen County for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $400.
• 5:14 p.m. Friday – Michael Anthony Reynolds, 44, of 11421 N. Noah Drive, Syracuse, was arrested at his home for invasion of privacy and misdemeanor probation violation. No bond.
• 6:26 p.m. Friday – Sheryl Ann Swander, 39, of 301 E. George St., North Webster, arrested for a felony probation violation. Bond: $2,750.
7:07 p.m. Friday – Samantha Lee Burleson, 19, of 8955 W. CR 125N, Etna Green, was arrested in the jail for a community corrections violation. No bond.

Property Damage Accidents
• 11:15 a.m. Thursday – Ind. 25, east of Morgan Road, Mentone. Pickup-SUV collision in a parking lot. Drivers: Larry E. Eakins, 54, South CR 900E, Akron; Barry Blue, 64, South CR 700W, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. Mentone Police Department investigated.
• 7:33 p.m. Thursday – Ind. 15, north of West CR 200N, Warsaw. Rear-end collision. Drivers: Zachary R. Woodward, 34, Bloomington; Donaven C. Ruff, 22, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Woodward was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Damage: $5,001-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 9:56 a.m. Friday – West Main Street, east of North Lake Street, Warsaw. SUV driver backed into a parked car registered to Michelle S. Miller, County Farm Road, Warsaw. Driver: Alisa J. Davis, 24, Saint Marys Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,001-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.tigated.

• 1:45 p.m. Thursday – A theft was reported in the 2800 block of Krista Lane, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 2:50 p.m. Thursday – A domestic battery incident was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:31 p.m. Friday – A hit and run collision was reported in the 300 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:28 p.m. Friday – A theft was reported in the 200 block of Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw. WPD.
