On Oct. 24, a woman reported her Discover credit card was missing and had been used three times that day without her permission.

A charge of $118.66 was made on her credit card at the Warsaw Big R store for two boxes of rifle ammunition, one phone-charging cord and two T-shirts.

A charge of $372.23 was made at the Warsaw Meijer store, and an additional charge was made at the Warsaw Deli Mart. The amount of the charge at the Deli Mart was not provided in court documents, but the total amount of all the charges on the credit card was $490.89.

Big R provided video surveillance of the person using the victim’s credit card to Warsaw Police Department officer Chris Brown. The victim identified the woman using her card without her permission as a co-worker, Davis.

Brown interviewed Davis who admitted she used the victim’s credit card without her permission.
