Derek John Hochstetler was born at 7:05 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018, in Blessed Beginnings Care Center, Nappanee.

He weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce, and measured 20½ inches.

Derek is the couple’s first child.
