• 2:50 p.m. Thursday - Mackenzie Patricia McKibbin, 22, Millersburg, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 3:36 p.m. Thursday - Nicholas John Himes, 40, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of meth, possession of meth - enhanced and less than 5 grams, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, parole violation and on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond set.

• 8:30 p.m. Wednesday - A woman in the 200 block of Seminary Drive, Winona Lake, was held on a 24-hour psychiatric hold. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 5:17 p.m. Thursday - The theft of tools and a car radio was reported in the 600 block of Leiter Drive, Warsaw. Value: $950. WPD.
