• 3:36 p.m. Thursday - Nicholas John Himes, 40, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of meth, possession of meth - enhanced and less than 5 grams, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, parole violation and on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond set.
